Last recipe before Christmas… For me, there is nothing like a good mulled wine for Christmas with my family but there is nothing original here. Therefore, I decided to try a recipe of mulled cider with some spices.

After a long debate between Nigella’s and Jamie oliver’s recipe, I decided to prepare the cider with out rum. It is a lighter recipe which the entire family will be able to enjoy. Spiced with vanilla sugar, it is delicious.

I hope you will enjoy the easy recipe. Why not with enjoy it with a piece of Pannettone like the one I bought in Milan. Deliciously baked with sultanas, cedra and orange peel.

Here is the recipe for the spiced mulled cider!
