New life in Edinburgh…

After 3 years living in Barcelona, life has brought me back in Scotland. Who would have 134436768thought? I am back for a new culinary adventure where surf and turf are a day to day practice. I am very excited to continue my experimentation with those beautiful products: strawberries, rhubarb, lamb, sea-bass, old carrot species, cabbages…
This is very exciting!! I can’t wait to have my entire kitchen…
However moving somewhere means transport of our boxes and for now, we don’t really know when they will be in Edinburgh…
Anyway, new adventure, new writing! For now, I will be writing my blog both in French and in English in order for everyone to enjoy it!
